All our arm bands are shipped in standard size, which can easily be adjusted to your desired length. Unless your arm circumference is larger than 50cm / 20 inches, this size will fit you. You can set up your band size in a few different ways. We are shipping all our products with two extra 3D printed pieces which can be used to help you set your desired length. After you find your perfect size, you can cut the rest of the elastic band off.

Putting your armband together with 3D printed protector into washing machine may cause damage to both the product and machine. If you wish to wash your armband only, you can take off the protector and wash armband only in the machine.

However, during weeks of wearing the product and testing it, we saw no real reason to wash it in machine. You can just use some soap and warm water and armband will be clean in a minute. Therefore, our advice would be to avoid washing machine as there is no real benefit to use it, while you may cause some reduction in armband to elasticity and you may damage the product itself.

As you will see in all our products, you have an option to buy additional protector at reduced price.

Honestly, you could argue that armbands provide the highest protection when you are showering or swimming. Reality is that we lost most of our freestyle libre sensors and dexcom's either by swimming, or by hitting them with towel after showering. During my last vacation, I lost three libre sensors over 7 days as a result of swimming in sea water. Therefore, using elastic band when you will be in contact with water is an absolute no brainer, and is probably the single most important time to use it.

All our elastic bands are suitable to get wet hundreds of times before anything happens to them. Therefore, you can always use them, regardless of buying the extra shower band or not. However, it takes about 2 hours for bands to dry, and although this is probably fine on vacation, it is a bit of a problem when you need to take a shower and go to work. You will definitely have water marks on your clothes, which happened to us a number of times. Therefore, as a solution to this problem, we are offering extra straps as shower option, so you can relax and not worry about getting your clothes wet. 

Please note that shower option is also a full product, which includes both elastic armband and protector. You don't have to switch bands and lose time, as you get two complete sets.

Yes we do. If anything happens to your 3D printed protector, we will send you a new one free of charge. 

We have tested all our protectors with 100kg of pressure directly applied to them and none of the protectors showed any signs of damage. We cannot think of any situation where they would have to endure anywhere near this amount of pressure, and we honestly believe that they are indestructible. We are using highest quality materials for our 3D printers and all protectors are extremely durable.

Therefore, you can be sure that it is highly unlikely that anything will happen to your protector, but if it does, don't worry, just contact us and we will send you a new one.

Finally, we are happy to say that warranty is a lifetime warranty.

Four to Six Life is a name that summarises reality of Type 1 Diabetes. It is a life long condition which requires people to monitor their blood glucose level at all times. People who do not have Diabetes will have their blood glucose automatically handled by healthy pancreas and will have blood glucose in range between 4 and 6 mmol/L at most times, without even thinking about it. Absolutely, if you don't like your armband, you can send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it and we will issue you a full refund. We are confident that you will like it and that you will immediately feel more relaxed about your T1D device when it is safely protected, but if for any reason you feel that it isn't a good fit for you, don't hesitate to contact us. 

Yes, we are. We are happy to confirm that we are offering world-wide shipping and that we can send our products to any country in the world.

We are making our products in London, United Kingdom, so regardless of your address, we will send it from United Kingdom. All our inventory is made by 3D printers and we check and pack every product before sending it.

We have very high delivery rate (over 99%), but just like with any other product, it can sometimes happen that you don't receive your delivery. Unfortunately, this is a reality and it is always disappointing when this happens. 

In the case that you don't receive your package, we will send you a new one. You can be completely sure that you will receive your package in any case. We hope that it will all go well, but in case it doesn't, just let us know and we are here to help. 

We are offering free standard shipping worldwide if you order any two products from our shop. Please note that adding shower option as add-on to one product will not count as two products.

Apart from standard shipping (which is free if you are buying two products), there is option for tracked shipping for additional cost. We are aware that in some countries this option comes as standard, but unfortunately in the UK, which is where we are making our products, there is extra charge for tracking option.

Therefore, when signing out, you will have option to chose tracking or not. 

We will do our best to provide you with support regardless of the option you chose. If your package never arrives, we will send you a new one. We are aware that shipping, specially international shipping, can cause many problems, but we will not take that excuse and we will do our best to have happy customers.
